You play as a pixelated character with a big head that can hit and destroy anything! You are placed on a map with hundreds of items and dozens of enemies, and the game stages start from one side to the other. Your task is to traverse this path and score as many points as possible! The gameplay is turn-based: you make one move, and as soon as you do, the game’s AI, including your enemies, makes their moves. Normally, you can only move one square at a time (either moving or destroying a square by hitting it), and after your turn ends, your enemies take their turn. The enemies try to approach and collide with you to defeat you.
In Bump 2, you either have to escape from enemies or destroy them! To destroy them, you must hit them hard. When you are one square away from an enemy, swipe your finger toward them to hit them with your head. However, this method doesn’t work well when multiple enemies surround you. Another interesting mechanic is designed for this situation. By performing two combos in a row, you gain a special power. That is, if you destroy two squares consecutively, you earn a special ability. This power allows you to move quickly in one direction (up, left, down, or right) until an obstacle blocks your path or you collide with an enemy! Enemies in your path will be destroyed. Bump 2 is essentially a score-chasing game where you must carefully plan your moves like a puzzle. Moving recklessly will likely lead to quick defeat. Another feature that adds challenge is that your moves are limited by default, and you can only increase your moves by finding and collecting special items. If you run out of moves, you lose.
